SHIPPING
Shipping in 20 days, any delay due to manufacturing process and customs shall be notified. A formal email will follow as the shipment is dispatched. Please get in touch if any urgency or query. We will try and accommodate all your needs.
RETURNS
Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unworn, unaltered, and returned with original tags and packaging intact. Items not meeting these conditions will not be accepted.
Customized orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
For ready-to-wear pieces, size exchange are available and can be altered.
