Return & Exchange Policies

Returns and exchanges are not available for sales made by third parties, which shall be governed by the terms of such sales. We may accept returns for store credit only. For this purpose, we must receive the merchandise within 2 days from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

Goods will only be accepted for return if they are returned in their original packaging. We do not provide refunds on any goods sold. Goods once sold can only be exchanged for a replacement or store credit. Since we keep limited inventory and do not always have all sizes available, the store credit can be used for future purchases. All conditions applicable to the return of goods also apply to the exchange of goods.

Our terms and conditions for returns and exchanges are as follows:

  1. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest returning it for a store credit and purchasing the new item separately.
  2. Only items with manufacturing defects or those that are completely different from what was ordered can be returned or exchanged.
  3. Items should be returned unused and with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
  4. If an order contains more than five products, it will be considered a bulk order, and return/refund will not be possible.
